Registration Process
- Register products on the SABER platform with all technical details and HS codes
- Select a SASO-approved Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) for your product category
- Submit product documents, lab test reports, and technical specifications to the CAB
- Undergo product evaluation and, if required, factory inspection
- Obtain the Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC) valid for one year
- Request a Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC) for each consignment before shipping
- Ensure customs clearance in Saudi Arabia using SCoC verification

- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Certificate of Origin from Chamber of Commerce
- Technical specifications and drawings
- Product photographs showing labels and packaging
- Declaration of Conformity (DoC) from manufacturer
